Sales and Marketing Assistant

We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team on a fix-term contract (maternity leave cover) with the possibility of an extension.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration

  • Assist account managers with Quotations
  • Create a weekly content plan (own & 3rd party content)
  • Create content
  • Create shareable
  • Schedule posts
  • Manage website
  • Creating Case studies

Email marketing

  • Quarterly email marketing newsletter, if possible customise by persona
  • A mix of content, case studies, top technical tips, videos, and webinars.

Social media – LinkedIn

  • 2-3 posts per week
  • Focus: brand consideration, video mini-series (technical), bitesize tips, team profiles
  • Team engagement to help amplify and share posts.
  • Monitor analytics and optimise

Online advertising

  • Paid ads pending search volume
  • Partnerships strategy, if possible, pending Sanosil contract terms

Webinar/ video training series

  • Industry partnerships to widen distribution, e.g. Ibec Facilities Manager Network, Irish Medtech Association.


The successful candidate for the position will have:

  • A good level of proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to demonstrate that he/she is customer focused.
