We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team on a fix-term contract (maternity leave cover) with the possibility of an extension.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration
- Assist account managers with Quotations
- Create a weekly content plan (own & 3rd party content)
- Create content
- Create shareable
- Schedule posts
- Manage website
- Creating Case studies
Email marketing
- Quarterly email marketing newsletter, if possible customise by persona
- A mix of content, case studies, top technical tips, videos, and webinars.
Social media – LinkedIn
- 2-3 posts per week
- Focus: brand consideration, video mini-series (technical), bitesize tips, team profiles
- Team engagement to help amplify and share posts.
- Monitor analytics and optimise
Online advertising
- Paid ads pending search volume
- Partnerships strategy, if possible, pending Sanosil contract terms
Webinar/ video training series
- Industry partnerships to widen distribution, e.g. Ibec Facilities Manager Network, Irish Medtech Association.
Essential:
The successful candidate for the position will have:
- A good level of proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to demonstrate that he/she is customer focused.
